Return & Refund Policy

At Gift Zone Watches, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below.

Returns

* Returns are accepted within 5 days of receiving your order.
* Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, including the original box, tags, manuals, warranty card, and all accessories.
* Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

* Watches that have been worn, used, or damaged after delivery.
* Products with missing accessories, packaging, manuals, or warranty cards.
* Items damaged due to misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.
* Gift cards or special/custom orders.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your watch for another model, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to product availability and any applicable price difference.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund where applicable.

Return Shipping

* Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an incorrect product was delivered.
* We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost during return shipping.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

* Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
* Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
